In Band-in-a-Box when you select to "Use VST/DXi Synth" the MIDI drivers listed under "MIDI Output Driver" are no longer an option. It is one or the other.

Absolutely confirmed, been there - done that, it is one or the other.

What you can try is making sure "Route MIDI Thru to MIDI Driver" is selected and then select the UM-ONE as your output driver. This will allow the MIDI THru channel to be output to the UM-ONE.

Have no idea what this is,"UM-ONE"??

I have taken my question up in the Users Forum, where member Carlos E Arrelano claims that using an Midi Patcher 8 x 8 routing 360 Systems will probably solve my problems.

Well Carlos is an expert at this - but I have no idea what a "Midi Patcher 8x8 routing 360 System" is. Is someone making this stuff up.

Does anyone else find any solution(s)?

John [aka silvertone] had a way of placing multiple midi tracks on the soloist or the melody track which are multitrack channels and then directing that to an external vocal synth - but it was really complicated??. Then he came up with a very simple solution - instead of sending midi to your Vocal Processor, send the full audio as an Aux In (I assume th4 Voice Works can set Harmony based on both Midi and Audio?). Actually worked very nice on my VLT.
