Hello. This post should be in the regular BIAB for Windows or for Mac forum. It will be better noticed, and this forum is for giving general advice, not seeking it.
Could you please tell us what version of BIAB you have, and whether it is for Windows or Mac?
Could you elaborate on your post? Are you saying it works sometimes but not other times? Could you be very specific about what that blue line or three looks like?
