Not sure what you're asking here. Real Tracks are already recordings of real instruments. Don't confuse them with samples that you can trigger with midi, they're complete audio files so you can put them into a audio editing program and cut them up into phrases if you want but the recording has already been done. If you're asking about taking a Real Track that has been generated by Biab and then taking parts of it to make a new song or part or whatever, plus generating a midi track, that's what Real Band is for. It's a 48 track sequencer that also works with the RT's and you can mix, cut up or generate as many RT's and/or midi tracks as you want up to the 48 track limit. If you need more than 48 tracks, just create a submix to free up new tracks.
