Any question about instruments must specify if you're asking about Real Tracks or midi and also tell us what version are you using. Simply asking an open question like that without that basic info is pretty useless.

Nothing you can do if you're asking about RT's no brass section RT's have been created yet. For midi, Biab 2012 has the ability to put any midi part on any track so if your song doesn't already use all the instrument tracks you could use any empty track and put a brass section part on it using that patch on your synth. You can write in a part on a section of the Soloist track that's not being used for a solo or maybe get creative and incorporate it into the solo. You still have the Melody track plus the audio track.

For me I wouldn't bother trying to do this in Biab, this kind of thing is what Real Band was made for.
