Explain better what happens. You open the program and 20 minutes later it crashes? Or you can't get 20 minute long takes of 16 inputs?
Two very different things.
Did you sync the two cards? I believe current drivers require linking the S/PDIF connections of the two cards and making one the master clock (which syncs the two cards to one clock) in the M-Audio soundcard settings.
