I record using PowerTrack pro audio, save it as .WMA file. It is too big to email. What should I do to convert this to other file formats so that it condenses to smaller size to be emailed? Thanks.

jol, Different email company's "allow" different sizes of files attached. Download Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/windowsAlso download Lame: MP3 encoder. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?i=lame-mp3&s=installBoth are free and excellent tools. Within the Audacity setup is ability to set the bit rate from 16 bits/sec to 320/sec. Think for common mails, the 128 bit is good choice. Good Luck !

I don't know what size is too big or if quality is an issue to the person you are sending it to but...
Unless the .wma file is lossless, don't convert it as you will lose quality and add artifacts that will probably make the audio sound weird. Hopefully you have the original song in .wav and can perform a conversion again. If your wma file is 160, try a smaller (more compression) number such as 128 or 64. You can also try converting to a mono file which should take half as much space.
There are web sites which let you upload a large file to share and e-mail providers which allow fairly large uploads. But first try a deeper compresion and see if that works.

My .wav file is 98mb and gets rejected for oversize.
I will try your suggestions and report what works. Thanks all.

Your first post said WMA, which would be much smaller (typically).
Different formats have different sizes (and quality).

Sounds like you don't understand wav files, MP3's or anything to do with compression.
Here's how it works. Regular uncompressed audio files are wav's. As you've found out those files are large, too large to email usually. This is why compression was invented oh, 15 years ago. I want to say where have you been but I understand some folks are late to the party.
Two common commpression schemes, MP3 and WMA. WMA is Microsoft's default scheme and it works very well, Biab and RB both can save your file using WMA, nothing to do on your part but select it. To my ears WMA's sound pretty good but most people like the control you get with using the MP3 format. MP3's require you install a codec on your PC. Codec = COmpression/DECompression. Lame is a free MP3 codec and most of us use another free program called Audacity to do MP3 conversions. You take your saved wav file and open it up in Audacity. Both MP3's and WMA are small enough files to email. Also, that's what's used with all these Ipod type music players and smartphones, both the ones you carry around and the ones in late model cars. Depending on the bit rate used 56 up to 320, the file size is maybe 10-30% of the size of a raw wav file. The higher the bitrate the better the quality. That means you can load up to 10 times the songs into an Ipod or smartphone than you could if they were wav's. To most listeners you can't tell the difference unless you're sitting down in a pretty good studio comparing file types on good quality speakers. Walking around or listening in your car there's no way you can hear any difference because you're out in the world with noise. Technically there is some loss of sound quality but it's minimal.

Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums.
