What is best way to move a track or a selection in a track a few milliseconds right or left? Doing it with the mouse would be too far. Would I need to enter time values in a dialog or is there some keyboard shortcut that could just nudge it a bit for each click?

Use the mouse wheel to zoom as far as is useable and drag. Unless you are talking about the whole piece, in which case you may be able to quantize if it is off consistently through the whole piece.

If you are moving an audio track section:
Open the Big Clock Window (this is optional but I find it is easier to see than the From-Thru clock windows)
Open Audio Edit Window and zoom into area you want to move.
Highlight the section and Cut (Command+C)
Select options you want to include in the Cut window and Click OK
Position your mouse cursor and click until the number of cents you want to move it to while watching the Big Clock window
Paste the cut section using Control+V and then play to see if its where you want it.
If not then hit Control=Z to undo the Paste and reposition again.
Rinse, repeat as needed:)
You can also Highlight,Cut and Paste using the Block menu by entering specific values but I find this method is quicker.
Would be nice to be able to highlight a section and use the Left, Right Arrows to nudge it specified amounts in the Audio Edit Window.
