Yes there is however the melody needs to be converted to midi notes.It THINK BIAB has a tool that can also do this.
Once the melody is in midi data use the "reharmonist"to provide chords.
OK the tool you need is the pitch to midi convert in RealBand. It's under the audio tab at the top.After that just import the midi part into the melody track in BIAB & try the reharmonist. I've never used either of these tools but they're there.
Make sure you set the tempo of the song the same in each program.
