Build the song as one big song first. It looks like is is going to be 4x32 + 4x4 bars in total.
You can use repeats for the first 32 bars (32 repeated 4 times) and then let the song fall through to the coda whhich itself is 4 bars repeated 4 times.
BIAB adds an ending unless you turn it off. Use the S button below the title on the notation page. uncheck the box that says 'generate 2 bar ending'
