To reposition a complete Midi song in the musical spectrum, click on the Key box and select the option you require from the Panel. From the Key displayed (often C) count the number of semitones you require and change the Key appropriately, then select to change the note positioning.
You can use also Edit > Pitch Transpose for more complicated transpositions
