I have not seen that, but for the developers, it will help them if you can list more info:

What OS, 32 or 64, what version of BIAB, did you install the latest updates to the program and the server, and did you download the update for the app that was posted a few weeks ago?

What were you doing at the time, i.e., was the Remote app working then froze, or does it give this error immediately when loaded?

Have you changed anything on your system since it worked?
