Anyone know what this means? I can't seem to get BBRemote to work at all anymore.

I have not seen that, but for the developers, it will help them if you can list more info:
What OS, 32 or 64, what version of BIAB, did you install the latest updates to the program and the server, and did you download the update for the app that was posted a few weeks ago?
What were you doing at the time, i.e., was the Remote app working then froze, or does it give this error immediately when loaded?
Have you changed anything on your system since it worked?

First step, make sure you have current versions of the BBremote app and the BBServer program. See pgmusic.com/help101 for details.
We haven't seen a problem like that, if it persists I'd think it could be a firewall or antivirus issue. Or something else interfering with the connection.

I think I may have figured out what was triggering the error. I had two instances of BB Server running on my computer (under different accounts). Not sure why. Once I killed the other one, BB Remote is working again.
On a slightly different topic, wondering if there will be a fix for the issue with long chord names not appearing on the iPhone BB Remote app. I know this was fixed on the standard Band in the Box app, but not the remote one yet.

Yes, a fix is coming within 1-2 weeks on that issue (long chord names).
