Bob,

I always print my BIAB songs to pdf (because it's a more convenient format to email to friends). I then open the pdf in Adobe Reader and print them out as a hard copy.

With the above in mind, it might be worth trying a pdf printer to see if that works. (I use Bullzip pdf printer - it's freeware and works excellently; here's the LINK).

After you've installed the pdf printer, it's found in "printer setup" from BIAB's printer dialogue window.

Below is the sequence that I use to print my songs ...

1. Go to Lead Sheet view and select "Print"

2. Select "Setup Printer"

3. Select "Bullzip PDF Printer" as my printer and set the paper size to A4 (since that's what we use here in Australia. You probably need to set it to "Letter".

4. "OK" my way back to the BIAB printing dialogue box and select "OK Print".

This creates a pdf file which I double-click on to open in Adobe Reader and then I print my music from there.

I know that this doesn't solve your problem, but it might offer you a workable solution while others are working on your issue.

Hope this helps,
Noel
