Hi y'all - been gone a long time eh. Still kicking , picking and grinning. I'm now Patio Pete as part of a shamelessly ridiculous marketing ploy. I didn't make the IBC contest in Memphis last year, but ended up playing around quite a bit here in Portlandia- at least quite a bit for an old guy. I'm Patio Pete because that's basically the kind of gig I get which is fine by me. Anyway here's a new recording played on the National Steel M2 which is a wood body resonator
guitar. It's the best of several takes I did of the Robert Johnson tune and I hope you like it and maybe leave me a note if you want to comment or just say hi. The effects of Mac's back beat training are still being worked through!
