I'm pretty sure they're not BIAB files, even though the icon shows that. Both Yamaha and BIAB files use the .STY extension. Unfortunately, the way Windows work is that that the application association you see is based on which application registers that extension most recently (which in your case, would be BIAB). So, all files that end in .STY will look like they are BIAB style file.

The files you have are coded to be interpreted by Yamaha keyboards. For example, I've got a little utility that plays those files. If you want to hear them, I believe they are just mainly midi files; however, because of instrument assignments, they may not sound right on your computer.
