Hi, I have BIAB 2012...with 11.5 Everything Pack. A friend has asked me to make a backing track for him. He is singing "Me and Bobby McGee".....he played me the Charlie Pride version. I'm trying to find an Electric Bass Real Track....like that version......with 2 beat Country feel.......("Bom.......bi.Bom/Bom.....bi.Bom".).......so far I've auditioned quite a few tracks without success.  Can anyone point me in the right direction? There must be a Bass that will suit? Thanks, Joe G.

Sorry that no one has been able to help you out on this request. I know the "beat" you're looking for but I'm not sure there's a Real Track for it.
You may need to resort to a regular BIAB MIDI bass track or create your own style if that's a possibility. If not, you can always add a suggestion to the Wish List and hope it gets added in the next release.
In the meantime, if I find a RT that fits, I'll repost.

Lloyd, Thanks! I still haven't found any Real Track Bass........as the guy needs the track soon........I guess I'm going to have to get my son's Bass Guitar down from the wardrobe.......and play it "live" in Sonar!  I've found a midi I oould adapt.......BUT....as a fan of Real Tracks.....that's what I would like. Surely there is one hiding somewhere......as it's a useful sound? Regards, Joe G.

John, I should have thought of seeking your assistance!  Thanks for the offer. My son also said the same. But as it was needed in a hurry.....I played live in Sonar..........great what you can achieve with some reverb & some 'cutting & pasting'! The guy seems delighted.......sent me an email...even offered to pay!.....as a Scotsman, I was sorely tempted! But he is an acquaintance & a nice guy, and it's part of my "learning curve". Just for further reference, I think I found the bass RealTrack you were searching for.
It's number 521 - Bass, Electric, Pop Syncopated EV 136. I tried it with the C_BUCK.STY at a tempo of 160 and it seems to me to be close to the Charlie Pride version.

Hmm. I was going to suggest you consider the blues bass RTs. 521 sounds about right to me
