Pat with my newer computer, i can load .SEQs in about 7 to 10 seconds, that is once i let it load a couple. It seems to need to find all the libraries the first load or two. Then i load fast and smooth.

Shot answer i use RB files. I have been thinking about mixing all the tracks down to one wave file, plus the midi chords/lyrics and CC tracks. This does not seem to really quicken up the loading much though so far.

I setup my Jukebox so that it has a 15 second delay in the middle. I am going to order a USB foot switch so i can have it stop between songs, and click the pedal to start.

What i have so far done is to have CCs setup the patch, the amount of voices turned on, the harm on/off locations, the song key. Next i will experiment with gender, and other features.

Recently i revamped one song to change up the harms so that it had one in unison, and one a 5th, and one an octave. That completely changed the song from the original patch i had.
