Yes, you could use the count-in from RealDrums. Most of them are 1-2-1234. Or you could use a MIDI count-in .... e.g. highlight first two bars of a blank track, right-click | Generate MIDI track | Drums. You could customize the click track (if it's MIDI) by double-clicking on the track to open the notation window - then toggle into editable notation mode and move the notes around (on the MIDI drum channel 10, different notes are different drum sounds).

clicktrk.sty is just a style that is nothing but a metronome. If you want to open it in RealBand you can do this by clicking the [...] button to the right of where you normally click to open the stylepicker.
