Just in case you are not yet familiar, I'll go through some techniques about your ending.

A chord on the last upbeat of a measure is entered by placing a caret (this: ^ ) in front of the chord in the first beat of the NEXT measure. The caret means, "push" or advance by 1/8 beat. Also, add three dots after the chord to make it hold (or right-click on the chord, select Chord Settings, then Hold Chord in the dialog box at the right). Now, here is the 'trick'. You must add another silent chord (like C.) where you want the held chord to stop. Any chord that is different from the held chord will work. However - be aware that Real Tracks do not yet support held chords fully.

Now, none of this will apply unless you do your own ending. If you let BIAB generate a 2-bar ending, you can't control it. Click on the letter "S" icon, or right click for Song Settings, to see the tag options including generating a 2-bar ending, and turn that off.

Give some of these things a try. It becomes easy once you're used to it.
