If I'm understanding you correctly, the Chorus spinner has been removed to make way for Realtracks settings. To set the Chorus now, it is necessary to go to Opt | Preferences | Channels and then set the value for the chorus in the text boxes for each instrument. See the image below.



I suspect that you are already aware of this but, on the off-chance you aren't, the Chorus setting that you refer to in your picture only applies to MIDI instruments.

Note: It is also possible to access the Chorus control via VST/DXi.
