I assumed the question was asking if you can you highlight some of the measures, copy them, and then expand or reduce those? That answer is, No; Edit - Expand Durations affects the entire song, and the tempo is doubled as well.

Perhaps I read too much into the question. I thought perhaps you were trying to develop an exercise where you have a chord progression, and then the same chord progression over twice the time, and then over twice that time, etc. Then It would be even more fun the other way around, working on a chord progression and then trying to navigate it at twice the pace, then twice that pace, etc. Good exercise.

Being able to expand or reduce the duration of a highlighted block of chords would be a nice feature.
