The file will be there. Did you double-check the spelling? For some reason, the large number of brains (mine included) read this as "interface.bbw" when, in actual fact, there is no "e"; it's "intrface.bbw"

This file contains user settings. If it is not in the BIAB directory, BIAB will simply create a new version of the file when it starts up. Thus the program will start whether or not the file is there. By moving it out of the BB directory, you are forcing BIAB to create a new version of the file (it's like using "return to factory settings").

Also, look for the file BBW.EXE and see if double-clicking that will start the program.
