Salve a tutti.
Dunque ho una domanda di tecnica musicale da porvi.
Seduto al pianoforte, eseguo una certa sequenza di accordi e vorrei inserirli in BiaB.
Il problema e' che, a parte alcuni accordi di base, come maggiore, minore, settima, certe volte non so proprio che accordo ho fatto, quindi non posso inserirlo in BiaB.
Da qui la domanda. Se premo ad esempio Do-Mi-Sol, io so che e' un accordo di do maggiore. Ma come faccio a scoprirlo senza saperlo ?
Insomma, perche' do-mi-sol e' un do maggiore, e non un accordo di Mi o di Sol ?
In pratica, esiste una regola che mi aiuti a ricavare l'accordo, a partire dai tasti premuti sul piano ?
Ad esempio, se premo do-mi-sol-si, ottengo una interessante dissonanza. Che accordo e' ?
Se premo mi-sol-do, come pure sol-do-mi, e' sempre un accordo di do (un rivolto) - ma perche' ?. Come faccio a saperlo ? Qual'e' la regola con la quale si identifica un accordo ?

Ciao Sergio togliamo di mezzo subito l’interrogativo più semplice, le note: do, mi, sol, sicompongono un accordo di Do Settima maggiorec’è una piccola differenza con il classico accordo che chiamiamo volgarmente Do settima, le cui note sono do, mi, sol, sib perché l’intervallo tra la tonica (do, la nota fondamentale che da il nome all’accordo) e la sua settima (la nota si), può essere un intervallo maggiore (do si) o minore (do sib), in quest’ultimo caso nel linguaggio comune omettiamo di dire minore, ma nel caso in cui l’intervallo sia maggiore lo dobbiamo specificare altrimenti non si comprenderebbe la differenza. Tornando alla domanda primaria . . . In risposta a:

è come se tu avessi chiesto perché quello che noi consideriamo il cognome non è il nostro nome e viceversa?
Stiamo parlando di Armonia, cito testualmente le parole riportate su Wilkipedia:

L'armonia è il ramo della teoria musicale che studia la sovrapposizione "verticale" (simultanea) dei suoni, la loro reciproca concatenazione (accordi) e la loro funzione all'interno della tonalità.
Quindi è un argomento complesso, sono stati scritti trattati storici e insostituibili, per cui sarò inevitabilmente portato a semplificare se non addirittura banalizzare, perchè la tua domanda in realtà necessiterebbe di una risposta da Enciclopedia.
A proposito, senza cercare testi a livelli universitari o costosi, potresti dare un’occhiata alle pagine di Wilkipedia.
Comunque queste cose s’imparano e si assimilano con la teoria e molta pratica, esistono convenzioni che pure assimiliamo assieme alla teoria, radicano in noi l’abitudine a chiamare le cose con i loro nomi, così come sappiamo che un bicchiere è un bicchiere, sappiamo studiando l’argomento che un Do maggiore (composto dalle note do, mi, sol) si chiama Do maggiore, se lo suoniamo mi, sol, do oppure sol, mi, do resta sempre un Do maggiore (e come giustamente sottolinei sono rivolti), ma sappiamo anche ad esempio, che do, mi, sol, si pur essendo un Do settima maggiore può essere inserito sul pentagramma in vari modi e rimanere Do settima maggiore.
Potresti chiedere qual è l'utilità di una cosa simile, forse è (come del resto un po' tutta la musica è!) solo una questione di estetica. Scrivendo a mano su uno spartito lo svolgimento di un arrangiamento, può accadere di voler far suonare pe 2 battute consecutive lo stesso accordo, mentre un basso lo cadenza con le stesse note ma in scala e magari con un’estensione di 2 o 3 ottave. Cerco di fare un esempio banalissimo e stupidissimo:
prima misura e primo movimento do mi (2 note di un ottavo!)
prima misura e secondo movimento sol si
prima misura e terzo movimento do mi (ottava sopra)
prima misura e quarto movimento sol si (ottava sopra)
ecc. ecc.
durante quest’esecuzione di un basso un pianoforte può accompagnare con lo stesso accordo e la sovrapposizione dei due strumenti soprattutto se è anche ritmica (e magari con una discreta velocità d'esecuzione), può dare l’illusione sbagliata di una successione di accordi diversi.
Non sono certo che quanto ho scritto ti torni utile, ma volevo cercare principalmente di convincerti che le risposte ai quesiti che ti poni le troveresti sicuramente da solo con un po’ di studio sull’Armonia e molta pratica.
Qui Band-in-a-Box può esserti utile veramente!
Un piccolissimo esempio, scegli uno stile qualsiasi che abbia almeno questi strumenti: basso, pianoforte e chitarra. Scrivi solo nella prima misura Cmaj7 (il famoso Do settima maggiore), fai generare l’arrangiamento e dopo qualche secondo ferma il brano, confronta nella finestra di notazione quanto il software ha scritto nelle tre diverse tracce, sono sicuro che se fai questa cosa con vari tipi di accordi (tutte le sigle che ti vengono a mente) scoprirai parecchio.
In Armonia Band-in-a-Box non lo batte nessuno!

Grazie Sergio per la gentile risposta. Si lo so che l'argomento e' molto vasto; tuttavia io volevo solo un aiuto riguardo a come decifrare l'accordo in base alle note premute - insomma, una formula che mi aiuti a capire che accordo ho fatto, per poterlo poi inserire in BiaB. Ho inserito la stessa domanda sul forum principale, ed ho ricevuto parecchi consigli, una formula utilissima, ed alcuni collegamenti a programmi in rete, in particolare uno dove, inserendo l'accordo con il mouse e premendo un tasto, si ottiene il nome dell'accordo costruito appunto sulle note che si sono premute. Un pò bizzarro questo calcolatore. Se - a titolo di esempio - scrivo do, mi, sol# tutto il mondo dirà che è un accordo di quinta aumentata, invece il calcolatore folle dice che è un accordo con la sesta minore

Come è stato già detto, Band in a Box riconosce gli accordi immettendoli direttamente da tastiera, basta attivare la funzione apposita.

Consulto questo Forum quotidianamente da circa 8 anni e fino ad oggi non avevo mai visto pubblicare due post consecutivi . . . "così altamente educativi" all'interno dello stesso Topic.
Mi riferisco in particolar modo ai 2 messaggi che hai pubblicato subito prima di questo mio intervento, ma volendo potrei sconfinare verso altri topic.
Siamo qui tutti (virtualmente parlando!) perchè interessati a Band-in-a-Box ed al mondo che lo circonda, al superamento degli ostacoli in cui c'imbattiamo durante il suo utilizzo, alla scoperta di trucchi o scorciatoie che ci favoriscano nel percorso che seguiamo per produrre con questo software qualcosa di gradevole.
Nessuno viene qui per farsi insegnare sintassi, grammatica, punteggiatura, filosofia, o quant'altro.
Concludendo, e te lo chiedo per cortesia ma convinto inoltre di esternare un pensiero condiviso dalla maggioranza dei visitatori di questo Forum:
