It's a 'real' video, but like a growing amount of stuff on Youtube, etc. this is a 'produced' video and doesn't represent valid law enforcement.

Note the lack of scripts on the vehicle, and the patch cannot be read on the 'officer'.

The 'officer' didn't follow standard protocol, as it's obvious that his top mounts are not flashing during this stop. Also his equipment belt looks pretty spare.

Having said that, I think that this sort of scenario happens more often than we like to consider.
