You are missing something here Vzudell unless I'm the one who missed something. You're talking about ripping a CD, correct? No need for 3rd party codecs to do that, RB itself does the "ripping" if you will. Simply put your CD in a player, select the player as your audio source in RB, arm a track and record it. RB converts it to a .seq audio file which you can later save as a wav file, WDM, export for conversion to a MP3 or a CD audio file when you're done modifying it.
