A couple of questions spring to mind that it would be very handy for all of us to the know the answers to so that we can better help you with your question.
1. What is your operating system?
2. Is it 32 bit or 64 bit?
3. What version of BIAB do you use?

http://cdburnerxp.se/en/homeI'm with eddie in that it sounds like codecs to me. Did you try his suggestion about installing K-Lite? That's one of the best collection of codecs around. During the installation process, just choose "no" to installing the optional software that piggybacks on freeware these days. Also, K-Lite, will install it's own version of a media player. I always say "no" to that too.
