Welcome to the forums.
It sound like you might have rendered the previous setting to audio or have some frozen tracks. Frozen tracks have * beside the name. Simply unfreeze and then regenerate the song. Also have a look at the Audio slot (to the right of Piano, Melody, Soloist), and try muting it to see if it makes a difference. If it does, you can use "Kill Audio" to erase the audio file on the track.
BIAB is a one-song-at-a-time interface. When you hear more than this, it's saying that other things are in play (no pun intended).
