Hello Ray,

It sounds like you are missing the RealTracks .ST2 files from your bb folder. If you have the latest build of Band-in-a-Box installed, it will show you in the RealTracks window what the problem is. Select the checkbox to 'show NA styles', and it will either indicate ST2 missing or RT folder missing. If it doesn't say either of those, than both are missing.

You could copy the files from the bb folder on the hard drive to your new bb folder (if you want, just copy everything in the bb folder except for the Drums and RealTracks folder). Or, you could run the "Band-in-a-Box and RealBand 2009" installer from the installers folder on the HD. Once you've done that, you should probably install the latest Band-in-a-Box update patch from our website.
