Highlite desired track.
Edit - Pitch Transpose MIDI

Enter the 'Value' as how many half steps you want to transpose the note you need moved (use '-' key if transposing down).

!Check the box for Data Filter!

Click OK and then select the note range and MIDI channel you want to transpose. Like MIDI channel 10 and note range Eb3 - Eb3 to change that one note on that channel.
