The Filter in "CUT" or "COPY" allows for two separate actions - you can select a range in the first panel and another in the second by checking the "Use Secondary Filter" Box.

There is another way to deal with this problem. As you have a single drum instrument being used then, select the Classic Tracks Window and then the drum track. The Closed Hi Hat is Note 42 and the Pedal Hi Hat note 44 - two semitones apart. Change the entry in the "Key" column to 2 and this will change the sound. When you have a full drum track then use Edit > Split Drums first which allows you to test each drum instrument separately.

Experiments using this method can produce interesting variations in percussion sounds very easily.
