Welcome to the forums.
F#/Gb has occasionally been a challenge for some forum users.
What I suggest is to save a copy of your song under a second name. Then transpose this copy of the song into F# major. You could then print the lead-sheet from this transposed version and use it to play against the key of A version. For what it's worth, I often print my lead-sheets to pdf and read them on-screen while BIAB plays.
Note, it's also possible to open multiple instances of BIAB if you have this setting engaged (under OPT | PREFERENCES - on the lower right side of the screen that pops up). It would then be possible to set the key of A version playing while you read from the other version.
