Consolidate all audio tracks. It sounds like a plugin may be having an issue with a track that got chooped up or recorded in sections.
Double click from-thru
set start to be 1-1-0 thru 600-1-0 (or enough to cover whole song.
Then highlite all audio tracks and try Track - Consolidate audio region.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

I took off the ampli-tube effects and it got a little better. It all started when i got error messages amplitube so i am reinstalling it now ,hope it works.

Good idea to start removing effects to see which one may be the culprit.

Rharv, great minds think alike. This thread is runnng in two forums , and that was exactly my first thought over in the other forum before I stopped in here - even down to the very word "culprit"  .

sorry for double thread wasn't sure what it was a real band or BB issue. BUT-I reinstalled everything and raised up laptop(seemed hotter than normal) to get air under it.I think it was amplitube but who know. works better now . thanks for the help guys excellent advice as always.
