Focused again. Working at dropping some weight to get the self esteem back in gear. Cleaning up some of the financial things that had me down. Accepted that some thing just can not be as far as the personal/emotional front. A potential bad situation in our neighborhood has been averted, at least temporarily.... now back to writing songs.

My doctor called me a "fine physical specimen" then I learned what these medicos call specimen!
