Hi again, limestone, One other thing to try is Opt | Preferences | Realtracks and remove the check from "On jazz Realtrakcs, jazz up the triads to 7ths".  As Matt points out, though, some RTs have extensions built into the chords that cannot always be removed. This is more likely to occur in the jazz orientated RTs. All the best, Noel
