Hi Johnny,

I'm having fun too

Sounds like you've overdubbed an existing track with additional audio. As far as I'm aware, if you do this, the original audio track is replaced with the creation of the new, overdubbed one. When that happens, it's not possible to remove the overdubbed information unless you use either "edit | undo" or exit the song without saving. This problem arises because BIAB only has a single audio track and it's necessary to add to it.

What I used to do when recording and overdubbing was to save each version of the song with a new name so that I could always go back to an earlier version.

When you're recording multiple parts, you'd be much better off using Realband and putting each part on its own track. That allows working with each track independently. If you need to have the solos in BIAB, you could merge the RB track into a single track and then import it back into BIAB.

I rarely use BIAB for recording these days because RB is so much better and offers much greater control.

Hope this information helps,
Noel
