Sounds like you planned ahead. I recall in younger days having a band that was primed to play out and the gear wouldn't fit in ALL of our cars.

thanks for posting, John... it's interesting to see other peoples' gear.
(I hope others "pile on" and show their setups too)
I will shortly as I am on the verge of downsizing my stage footprint. Should have something to post in a week or so. But I too am anxious to see other gig setup ups.

Eddie, I played one in New Orleans back in the mid 60's that had chicken wire around the stage. The doorman/bouncer would jokingly offer the band a knife if we did not have one, he said, just to make the fights a bit more fair. 25.00 bucks per man for a 9:00PM - 1:00AM gig, plus one drink(our choice)from the bar on all four 15 minute breaks. And never stop the music when the fights broke out unless we are told to do so by the police. The smoke stains from those old joints are still on my old ES 335. Yeah, I was a star back then. Later,

I once had to wait to start the 3rd set because the turtle races took longer than expected and the dance floor was occupied by 6 turtles crawling toward the outer edge of a tape circle....
AND my turtle lost when he stopped to... um... relieve himself despite having a half shell lead!!

I played a joint in Slidell Louisiana, a New Orleans suburb, called the Chicken Drop. They had a large sheet of plywood with painted numbered squares. A chicken is brought out, a LIVE chicken, the crowd would place bets on the numbered squares. They would feed the chicken set him on the board and, well you can guess the rest.
I'm telling man, I was a star!

Dan, I played one like that in eastern Indian a. Same contest. 10x10, 100 squares, right? $1 a square and the payout varies by how much the house wants to keep.

As promised here is my stage setup: Command Central Office Depot Laptop Stand Lenovo ThinkPad Soundcraft Mixer Hair Brush Optional Audience View 2 Mackie 300 Watt Thumps (only 35 lbs ea) Peavey Classic Twin Twelve Digitech Vocalist 4 (not shown) CAD Mic and Stand American Strat (behind laptop stand) This rig fits inside the bed of my F-150 on a homemade roll out base for easy loading on a hand truck that also fits inside the bed. The bed of the truck is covered with a Flipbak bed cover to keep the equipment from the elements. Later, Danny C. Edited Portion: Can anyone guess the tune on the laptop?

Very cool to see.. Looks a lot like my setup for the past years. But a big change coming for my live setup which will eliminate what I have to setup.
And regarding the BIAB Chart - something country??

Great guess but It would be in a bigger bottle than that one my friend.
Eddie got it, a little throat spray for the rusty pipes.

Not country, something from Broadway. If you play those changes at say 75-85 BPM it will give away the opening lines.
