In lookinag at the IrealB site, it appears that it is also an auto-accompaniment program. How does it compare with Chordbot in that respect?

Which mini-DAWs handle MIDI?

You say V-Control Pro is Ipad only, so not an option on Iphone or Itouch (iphone sans phone, with only data connection wi-fi)Therefore I asked about the ac core mini.

I don't think one could consider chordbot a "competitor" to BIAB, as it is nowhere in the same league. In any case, even if it were a competitor, it is always good to hear various opinions about products.

I am uncomfortable giving my opinion here about apps like Chordbot that may be regarded as a competitor of the very wonderful BIAB. I can tell you that the paid version has many more rhythm options. The fact that something is on my list means only that, in my opinion, it is among the best of the choices currently available at the time of the review.

PG Music does not announce products in advance, so your question about that cannot be answered here.

Some mini-DAWs do handle MIDI.

GarageBand must be purchased separately.

I tried AC Core-Mini and do not use it now that I have V-Control Pro. Yes, it's expensive, but far less that the inferior Frontier Design Tranzport.
