I think Bob is right. I bought an HP printer and downloaded the software and then decided to return it. I tried to uninstall it from the control panel. but could not uninstall all of it. Since then the trayap apeared every time I turn the computer off and then turned it back on. It also appeared when I tried to install Presonus software. How do I get rid of trayap. Thanks for all the comments. occ
