Go into the registry, look under HKEY LOCAL MACHINE and HKEY CURRENT USER and locate

SOFTWARE
MICROSOFT
WINDOWS
CURRENT VERSION
RUN

and remove it from both or either place you find it. That won't remove it from your computer but it will keep it from launching at startup.

Then you can search the windows explorer for *trayapp*.* and that will locate every instance of "trayapp" on your computer, and you can just delete them. If it ain't there, it can't run, right?
