I can state from 10 years of experience that Verizon's technical service is virtually bulletproof. I have never found myself without access except during a storm (a tower went down). Highly recommended. VZN were the first to implement wireless broadband and, IMO, have better coverage for that still. Good luck with your decision and with your trip.
