My relatives buy a cell phone in the US (Port Huron here), that has very cheap flat rate cards you can use ANYWHERE. HERE and there.
So my brother has an area code in California which looks cool, and he can just use his credit card to add 50 bucks to it when it's low, he gets an e-bill for that phone only and our provincial government pays for that cell phone because he works for them and it's easier or something.
I'm going to get one next time I'd down to visit my friend Antonio Alto. He used to sing higher but he aged. They call them throw aways, which is what the Blue Jays do with baseball games.
