Okay I need some advice FAST, i have 2012 megapak and love it . I have seen so many ppl with cool real tracks that i don't have . I am a Blues ,rock , and country/rock kinda of a song writer and want to get some more blues realtracks(don't need bass) and found the Rock/Pop Pak 1 looks real nice and Pop/rock 4 pak nice also .My question is if you only have $100 and can't wait till december what is the best RealTrak Pak For blues w-slide/harp/sax and 12 strings and lots of A.Freed Thanks I want to get it tonite6/28 before my wife changes her mind  .thanks NY lottery

If it was me, I'd call Sales and ask. Tell them you have a recent version and just want to upgrade the realtracks. Maybe they'll work with you. If you have 2012 mega they may be able to upgrade you to ultrapak or everythingpak for a reasonable price. I suppose it depends a lot on wether you need a new drive or could just download the additional stuff.
Members on the forum can only look up pricing (same as you) but a call to PGMusic may be worth the effort.

I guess what i was really asking is a what would you do . I know the prices pak1 $99 pak2 $79. i was wondering what would better for more Blues real tracks. Or does anyone know if they do custom Reapaks. I was real busy last nite and live support wasn't there yet this morning so i sent an e-mail. thank for the help .

They don't do custom paks . i am so torn on what one to get but i think real drums 1-20 make pak 1 maybe the best, since i only have real drum 1-6.

Hi JCJazz, I do usually recommend purchasing RealPak 1 before RealPak 2 when possible, since you get more drums (as you've noticed), and also because if you buy later RealTracks sets without buying the previous ones, you'll end up with some RealStyles that are missing instruments. You'd still be able to add your new RealTracks to your songs using the RealTracks Picker, but it's much easier if you can just pick a style and have it work right away.  Thanks Kent PG Music

I may be late to the dance, but thought I'd offer the view that the "Pak" updates have been by far the more price effective way of getting RealTrack Sets, as opposed to buying by the set, one by one. So, a Pak upgrade may be an option for you. Enjoy!
