If you just want a list of the BIAB songs and the folders they are in, you could also use the /b (barebones listing) parameter as well.

I usually use something like (my data files are on drive E:, so that's what I use):

e:
cd e:\
dir *.mg? /on /s /b > e:\MySongList.txt <-- I use *.mg? to get all the files, such as .mg1 or .mgx or .mga, which was the original format for BIAB files.

As VideoTrack said, then just open that text file in your favorite text editor or word processor.
