None of us can give you legal advice that will be definitive. My advise is to consult a lawyer who is familiar with copyright law. It's what I did. It was a good investment, my site has been audited twice by BMI and has received tacit approval (they couldn't find anything wrong).

Going into business makes the penalties for copyright infringement possibly more severe, so legal advice is advisable. I'm not a lawyer, I'm not qualified to give legal advice, so the following cannot be construed as legal advice, it is only an opinion from a lay person.

After saying all that, it is common knowledge that neither chord progressions nor song titles are copyrightable. However if you couple the song title with the chord progression it gets into the grey area. If you add signature licks you are probably illegal.
