Al, I've been writing out band charts by hand for over 30 years so making a few corrections with a sharpie is nothing. Just lay out the tune exactly as you're showing it but without any repeats, codas or anything else, then print it and put them in by hand. The song won't play right when you do this, but this trick is just to create the chart. When I first started using Biab for this I was breaking my head about it too, writing questions in the forum and stuff. I finally realized, I can write those things in like 30 seconds or so. I know it would be nice if Biab had more options for this but consider dedicated notation software costs like $3-500. To even have what we have included for free is pretty good.
I totally understand that this negates the elegance of having the program do it right in the first place so you can simply create a pdf to email to someone. If you really need that, you can create a pdf from a scanner. For me, I just show up at a rehearsal and hand em out.
