In general condenser mics are more sensitive than dynamic mics.
Actually, the 120, despite being side-address, is a small diaphragm mike. AKG lists it at two-thirds of an inch, so I suspect it's the same Chinese-made capsule found in the ubiquitous inexpensive pencil microphones out there.
