...my issue is similar to Benevolent Diety's except that all of my BIAB tracks load fine into Realband except for the bass track,---which shows on the vu meters but I cannot out put the sound. I am using my Line 6 UX-2 as the input and the GS Wavetable (ASIO) as the out put. I cannot figure out why all of the other tracks load fine except for the bass track (which is on Track 1). Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Right-click the track and check the PORT assignment.
Then check the mixer for things like EXP (expression) dial set low or zero ...
That's the first couple things that comes to mind.

I opened and closed RB 10 times the other day just because I forgot to check the EXP button. I spend most of my time in the Tracks window, that I didn't check the mixer window. I could see the MIDI track playing, but couldn't hear anything. Checked ASIO settings; switched from ASIO to MME and back again; changed synths, etc, etc. Then, yep, it was the EXP knob. It's happened to many of us.

This problem can be overcome by setting up the RB Displays using $Options.seq and by saving the settings in File > Windows Setup. I also set up the default unused tracks as Midi see Preferences > General at the bottom of the display.
Select New and set up all displays as required and in particular set up the Mixer Expression dials as maximum 127. Save this setup as $Options.seq and also via File > Windows Setup overwriting the DEFAULT.RMS file and maybe, as belt and bracers, save another as Favorite.rms
