Realtracks are audio not MIDI.
As Rog Mentioned; if you have BiaB, you likely have Realband, which is Powertracks on steroids.
Realband will open your BiaB file by simply using File-Open, so no need to use convert and use Powertracks at all for this. The MIDI and Realtracks tracks will just open, and you'll think you're in a new version Powertracks; same interface, look and feel.. but many more features.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
