There are likely yellow messages in the top right of the screen describing that the program cannot find your Raeltracks folder. It is normally in the Realtracks folder of the /applications/band-in-a-box folder. If it is in a different place, then you need to point to it in prefs-realtracks.
If you need more info, go to realtracks picker, and enabl show realtracks that are na. This will then list the realtracks that cannot be found, and tell you why they cannot be found ( either there is no folder in the realtracks folder, or no st2 file in the soloists folder.
Most likely cause is that you just installed the update, and didn't install it on top of your previous realtracks, so you are missing all of the older realtracks.
