Don't worry about being locked into a style. The styles are just there for convenience to get you started. Hit F5 and check out the Bar Settings window. You can put any style, any Real Track, any instrument midi patch change, tempo, all that stuff on any bar you want anywhere in the song. During testing last year one person put something like 20 different Real Tracks throughout her song using the Bar Settings.
